Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for tickets, registrations, merchandise, and other purchases made through PVD Entertainment ("we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing tickets or services through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Event Tickets
All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR TRANSFERS EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF A COMPLETE CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. ARTIST, DJ, VENUE, AND LINEUP CHANGES ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR A REFUND.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of personal plans

  • Failure to attend an event

  • Transportation or travel issues

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Weather conditions that do not result in event cancellation

  • Dissatisfaction with performers, venue, or event experience

Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, eligible ticket holders may receive:

  • A full refund of the ticket purchase price; or

  • A credit toward a future event, where permitted.

Refund eligibility and processing will be determined by the event organizer and/or ticketing provider.
Service fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Tickets will typically remain valid for the new event date.

Artist or Lineup Changes
Artists, performers, speakers, DJs, entertainers, venues, schedules, and event programming are subject to change without notice.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
Third-Party Ticket Providers
When tickets are purchased through a third-party ticketing platform, refund requests must be submitted directly to the applicable ticketing provider and are subject to that provider's policies and procedures.
We are not responsible for refunds processed by third-party ticketing services.
Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Duplicate purchase claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise
If merchandise is sold through our website:
Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must report damaged or defective merchandise within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item;

  • Store credit; or

  • A refund.

Photographic evidence may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Customized or personalized merchandise

  • Digital products or downloads

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation, account restrictions, or legal action where permitted by law.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or ticketing platform.
